Education Destination

Transform America is currently focusing on bettering education in New York City. Each objective has specific, measurable goals that will make an impact in the lives of the youth. Through these programs, we strive to encourage empowerment and critical thinking.

Transform Education in New York City by helping in one of the following areas:

1. Youth Councils:

Create 25 new citywide Youth Councils to educate youth about local, state and federal politics, social justice issues and community empowerment.

2. Mentorship Program:

Provide 100 academic mentors to guide and motivate high school students to graduate and continue on to higher education. Become a Mentor

3. Mission Statement for NYC’s DOE:

Develop and suggest a mission statement for the New York City Dept. of Education. Give us your input and learn more.

4. Scholarships:

Raise $150,000 to create 15 new scholarship funds for local youth and pressure colleges & universities to increase financial aid.
